Privacy

Reeve holds the most sensitive data a professional has. This is what we do with it.

What Reeve stores

• Email sent to your reeve.work address, and Reeve's replies.
• Your client file: goals, preferences, timing, and pay numbers. Pay numbers are encrypted at rest.
• Opportunities, coverage reports, drafts, and a log of everything Reeve sent and who approved it.

What Reeve never does

• Never sells your data.
• Never shows your information to another client.
• Never sends pay figures or details from your client file without your approval, and never accepts offers or commits to numbers for you.
• Never pretends to be you: every message says it's from your AI representative.

Who processes it

• Anthropic (Claude) reads emails and your client file to triage, research and draft. Pay numbers aren't sent to it for research or recruiter replies.
• Resend sends and receives email. Fly.io hosts Reeve and its encrypted backups.
• Coverage research searches the public web for the company and role, never for you.

Your control

• Export or delete everything at any time: email yi.zhang7210@gmail.com and it's done within 7 days. Deleted data leaves backups as they expire.
• You can stop using Reeve at any time; nothing is sent on your behalf without the authority you've set.
